I see therapy as a space where you can finally take a breath — where all parts of you are welcome. My role is a collaborative one, to support the reconnection to your authentic self and to more deeply understand what really matters to you. I work with adults and teens navigating life transitions, anxiety, trauma, identity questions, and relationship challenges. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and culturally responsive — I honor the many identities and experiences that shape who you are. I believe healing happens when we can tell our stories honestly and be met with compassion instead of judgment. Our sessions may include learning new ways to cope with stress, attuning to your emotions and the wisdom they share, or working to understand old stories in new ways. Sometimes therapy involves exploring hard truths; other times, it’s about noticing moments of resilience and joy that you might have overlooked. Therapy at its best builds a sense of possibility, connection, and purpose, and that is what I hope to do in our work together. I know finding the right therapist can feel intimidating — especially if you’ve had mixed experiences before.
